1. General Rule
    Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation terms mentioned in your booking confirmation. Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

  2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • 30 days or more before departure/event date → 80% refund of amount paid.

  • 15–29 days before departure/event date → 50% refund of amount paid.

  • Less than 15 days before departure/event date → No refund.

  1. Golimits-Initiated Cancellation
    If Golimits cancels a service/event due to operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule/receive credit for future use.

  2. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and government taxes are non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for unused services, “no-shows,” or last-minute cancellations.
